Robert with Citywide helped me get auto insurance when I was getting my very first, purchased-by-me car about 12 years ago. I rarely have reason to call him but each time I do he treats me like we just spoke yesterday. He's always extremely helpful and will often find ways for me to save money. I just spoke to him today for a quote on homeowners for my first first, purchased-by-me house and was pleased with his speed and honesty.

The manager Robert is the most disrespectful person when it comes to complaints about one of his employees that refused to cancel one of my policies . he told me I was wasting my time was condescending and then laugh at me. When I had enough of his rude Behavior I asked to speak to somebody higher up and he said that I had to "figure it out" I would never do business with these people. I was trying to shop around for a better policy and this was the way that they treated me

Since our company switched to a UMR plan through Ironwood we have had nothing but issues. From the initial enrollment process to mishandled claims, the process has been the worst experience I have ever had with insurance.

Can not reach my agent. Call over and over, hit zero just to end up in a continuous loop. Left message, still no call back. No one ever picks up the phone. I only can talk to Progressive to make changes.

I have home owners insurance and auto through Citywide. I had a claim recently that was handled quickly and efficiently by everyone. Local company that will do you right.
