Unable to email my policy canx form. Never arrived from Weaver Ins. Moved to Casper and advised to change policy and agent. They do not call back to take payments was my complaint. Nasty ... I sent a message to Jessica about my house that had a tremendous amount of hail damage. Almost immediately I received a call from the desk adjuster who took all my info and then I received a message from the adjuster who was going to assess the damage. I met with him a week later, he was very thorough and within 2 days afterward, I was informed that a check was on its way. The whole experience was extremely quick and hassle free!
