This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with in my life. The insurance agent was so frustrated because they don’t know what they’re doing that she actually screamed at ME, the client, over the phone. I should’ve been the one to do that, because this experience has been nothing but a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL insurance agency like Progressive, AllState, any other company would be better honestly.
