This insurance office has become a complete mess since Ana Sanchez left. I went to pay my insurance and asked for Ana, but a woman named Maryori Marin, who is completely incompetent, couldn't help me because she doesn't speak English. How can such a large company employ people who can't even hold a conversation in English? What a disaster this insurance company has become! On top of that, they tell nothing but lies about the payments. Since Ana left, all I've had are problems. That woman never explains anything properly, and if it's the guy, Bryan, he's always rude on the phone and in person. You can never get a hold of them. They NEVER answer the phone

Extremely poor customer service. I called in for a insurance quote the rep can't understand a word of English. I asked to speak with a manager the same and no sense of customer service. Completely ghetto customer service and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
