Our agent Jenn is the BEST by FAR! She always makes sure we get the best rate available for our situation. Life tends to toss many curve balls and she has helped to guide us every time. Making it easier for us to still have coverage, even when times are tough. If it wasn't for her I'm most positive we'd be unhappy with our insurance and paying way more than we should. We have been with her for over 4 years now and will be till she retires. We love Jenn at Versatile Insurance Planners. She's more than just our agent, she's like family.
