Insure With US

Any time speaking with Cory, he A) acts like his day/whole life is ruined simply by asking him a question, and B) makes it clear he doesn't want your business. Constantly talks down to people on the phone like the pretend tough guy he portrays himself as. Quite funny, but he really does not belong communicating with people in any way shape or form.

Cory has been our broker for the last 5 years. We should have written this review sooner. Our business is consistently needing new certificates of insurance for different townships and customers. I am so confident in Cory that I will sometimes just wait 5-10 minutes while waiting at a permit counter. Surety bonds, certificates, updates to your policy are all done in a timely manner. Cory even responds on weekends and late nights to ensure my questions are answered quickly. I would recommend Cory to anyone starting a business. I have had zero issues with their team.

Cory gave out inaccurate information to a customer. We called the insurance company directly and was told that our agent misinformed us. When Cory was presented with that information, he immediately became combative and said "well maybe if you wouldn't have gone around me, I would have helped you." And then proceeded to call a customer ignorant because he was called out for his horrible and inaccurate "information" given by his office. You do not need an agent to get insurance - and if you do, definitely do not use this guy. He doesn't know what he's doing and when he gets called out on it, he gets MAD. This guy and his attitude is like an entitled college frat boy who gets into drunken bar fights. AVOID!

Cory is the worst person in the world. We tried to cancel the insurance and they always send us bills. We paid, we paid and again paid. And the travels insurance always want to win money with you hard work. That was the worst experience in my life.

We are a small new business, we tried to get workers comp from them, after Corey sent us a written quote which asked for 40% down, he changed his mind and asked for the full amount upfront because he was worried that we were going to fall behind on payments and “he would have to do extra paperwork” That is really shady practice. Will never recommend...
