Insure Smart

I had a great experience with Insure Smart as long as I paid my premium and did not need support on a claim. As soon as I had an issue, the support and feedback stopped. Very frustrating. I would not recommend Insure Smart unless you plan on just giving them money and never needing actual support with a claim. Even the President took over 7 weeks to get back with me and that was after several emails asking for feedback. Definitely some of the worst customer service from a company that according to their mission statement, prides themselves on superior customer service. I would have given them 0 stars but that was not an option.

Every time I have had to file a claim - which is never fun - Insure Smart (and Erie) has been an incredible resource. They are efficient, professional and best of all they are always looking out for your best interests. Would not go anywhere else for my insurance needs.

Been with them since 1997 and have had no reason to ever switch. Rates are the best you'll find, and you get GOOD insurance and no hassles when it's time for them to do their part. With insurance, you really get what you pay for and they offer service with value. Staff is very friendly, and all family, friends and coworkers I have sent their way have always told me they are very happy with them also.

Had my home and autos insured through them for almost 4 years now, and I agree with the previous reviews. Best rates you'll find and the coverage is more than you'll get anywhere else. Highly recommended.

David, Beth, and staff are truly amazing to work with. They always are willing to go the extra mile if need be for your insurance needs.
