Terrible experience. I cancelled my policy with them and was advised that my final payment due would be cancelled. 11 months later I get a notice from a collection agency with no idea what it is for. I contacted Erie and they claim they sent me a final bill for the policy period - however, I never received anything from them. Instead of attempting to contact me, a long time customer, they sent my account to collections with no further communication to me about the supposed balance that was due. Very bad business practices and very underhanded by Erie. Avoid them.

I’ve worked with Richard for years on business and personal policies. Recently had a after hours weekend issue and I received an immediate response when the carrier 800 number could not help. Thanks Richard and Lisa!

Requested copy of my ons policy and duplicate card two weeks ago. I have yet to receive.
