Insurance of Memphis

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO USE THIS PLACE. I had insurance though this agent (insurance of Memphis) back in 2016 and then i was going out of seas for few months. I called the agent office and told them to cancel my insurance till the end of August witch was already paid till the end of august 2016. They told me it is cancelled till the end of Aug. 2016. I went overseas and come back and call them to have insurance , i had another policy with them for few months . i found cheaper insurance, so i call them in NOV. 17 to cancel my policy till the end of DEC. 6 2017 witch was paid in full already till the end of DEC. 6 2017 too. After two months General insurance sent me a bill for the month of DEC. 2017 witch i did not have insurance with them anymore. I called Ge

Very bad service we had full coverage they would not pay the car off .they totaled it and paid not even half my cousin has to pay the rest
