Seriously love this company. The staff is always super friendly. I have had a policy with them for a few years now, never had to use it thankfully. They are always quick with a call back and the rates are pretty good.

Honestly in the beginning I loved this place, reasonable priced and everything. But now that I have a 16 year old permitted driver they are a pain in my butt! They expect me to put her on full coverage and shes only got a learners permit. And they charge you a fee when you take a 2nd car off insurance. Not happy right now!!!!!

Last month, I pulled off the freeway with a blown flat tire. I was lucky enough to park in front of the City Insurance office and called AAA. Right away, Harvey came out of the insurance office and kindly offered to change my tire! I told him AAA was on their way. A while later, Harvey offered assistance again and I gratefully accepted. (It turned out AAA was going to take 2 hours to arrive) . Harvey and another Good Samaritan changed my tire and I was on my way! I have overflowing gratitude to these very kind people, in San Angelo. =;)
