Good luck and get ready for the multitude of headaches you will have to endure because they have zero organization or accountability within their company. It's all glitz and glam in the beginning but get ready for the bumpy ride. There is definitely better elsewhere, shop around. Edit: Their accounting department has major issues. We started hand delivering payments because their accounting department will sit on checks until the payment is past the due dates. We were mailing the payments to them a month early and they managed to mess that up. Now that we are hand delivering, getting receipts and still paying a month early they have somehow managed to put our account 2 months past due. The absolute worst insurance I have ever encountered. Being self pay anywhere is cheaper than this garbage. High premiums, and nothing and no one is covered. How convenient.

Worst insurance I have ever had. Doesn’t cover anything and the premiums are ridiculous. Unfortunately it’s the only insurance my job offers. Will be looking elsewhere as soon as I can. Do not recommend and beware!

Worst insurance company to deal with! They really need to make a pay online option instead of sending a check and hoping it gets to them & then wait longer for them to update your card.

Worst insurance I’ve ever dealt with! Drag their feet won’t pay. Blame the doctors instead of just paying the claim that they should be paying. Worst insurance I’ve ever had in my life. Run away from them.
