Jean was very communicative but not pushy. I cancelled on him several times because life is always lifeing. But he was patient and followed up. Once we connected he took his time finding the right policy for what I need. He was sensitive to my budget and my need to leave something for my children. He found a price point that worked for me and he shared his screen as we went through the application process. It was easy and I was approved on the spot for an IUL. I will definitely refer Jean to all of my friends and family.
