We’ve been facing issues with this company for years. Their processes are outdated, communication is extremely slow, and they’re consistently unresponsive. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with this every single time. Dumb insurance company. Not recommended.

Mailed check for premium and it was never deposited. Concerned after 3 weeks, I called and girl I spoke with said let me check "the bin" and found it. Said probably will make a deposit tomorrow. I Asked as of what date increase to insurance was made. They had no answer and said they have to ask their boss who is still trying to figure that out. Nothing but incompetence and lack of customer service from this company.

Customer service number, hangs up instead of connecting to a staff member. Finding a provider is ridiculous. If you get a live person and they send to a someone who's in network, the clinic is usually not in network anymore with them. I wonder why? It took 2 yrs to find a pediatrician that would take the insurance. Claims never wants to pay so they send you forms to fill out demanding information about any other insurance providers to help them pay for services. So if you don't have another health coverage, they're still looking for ways to get out of covering the bill.

No surprise that all the testimonials on their website are from the companies and how they “save money”. Probably because using this insurance is actually miserable and anyone who really needs to use it would never have a nice thing to say. And I’m truly laughing at the review saying the customer service is good because I actually have to apologize to my doctors offices when they have to call because the workers are beyond rude and have hung up mid conversation multiple times. I feel like using these guys for company insurance should be illegal because the amount of time I spend running after them to do the bare minimum is insane.
