Shannon Bates was my agent, she by far had the best customer service skills. You can tell you where is genuinely a good person who cares about her clients, she explored every avenue possible. To save me as much money as she could on my quote and when she noticed a discrepancy she personally called the insurance company while I was there and wrote down step by step what it was I needed to do to dispute something that was making my insurance higher than what it should be again ensuring that my insurance go down after the dispute go through. I have never worked with someone in the insurance company that was that adamant at helping me out financially the way she did. 10 out of 10 would recommend

After receiving a recommendation from a friend, I called the Insurance Center of Cuba and I'm glad I did! Not only did they find me a better rate with better coverage for half the price I was currently paying, but the level of service I received was exceptional! Upon our first meeting, the owner of the company as well as an insurance agent spent over 45 minutes talking with me and answering any questions I had concerning insuring my home and auto! This is the kind of customer service we all should hope for, finding an agency that's truly concerned about what's best for their clients!!!
