As a brand-new client, I had a great experience getting both my homeowner and auto insurance set up here. Honestly, I wish I had switched sooner. The biggest standout was Mike Randles—his customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Mike was super easy to work with, explained everything in plain language, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He really took the time to look at my situation and ended up saving me way more money than I expected, while still making sure my coverage actually made sense. That alone exceeded my expectations. Insurance is usually something I dread dealing with, but Mike made the whole process simple and stress-free. They proudly support ILWU but apparently not ILWU members! Added a new car the incompetent lady who helped me, made a whole new policy charge me for two policies without my knowledge. Was charged an extra $430 for overlapping coverage. My wife called Sandra. She said she would look into it and take care of it, but she didn’t never gave us a call back next thing you know it’s in collections. Try to address the situation and she has never available. Nobody wants to take accountability for this mistake. Keep getting the runaround. In short, we are leaving this place to go to AAA for a better rate and hopefully better service. Lost a customer of over 20 years.

I highly recommend Tina Hernandez! My insurance rates had gone up & I simply could not afford it. I was feeling worried & lost until I called here & spoke with Tina! She was very generous as I explained to her the coverage I wanted. She shopped around a few policies & was super helpful explaining the options available. I had a million different questions & she was extremely patient and thorough as she explained everything to me. You don’t get customer service like this anymore, so I was so grateful & appreciative of her help!! It was such a relief to have her help & I will never go anywhere else or with anybody else again! Tina is the best!!

These folks are exceptional! By luck found them years ago when living in Palos Verdes. They are so good I've stayed a customer over many years and even after moving to Orange County. They always keep me updated. They always make the time to look for the best rates for me as things change. On top of that, they called to check on us and offer assistance when my husband got t-boned. Of course the adjusters do that, but I was surprised when the actual agents who write the coverage called. Great service! Great people! I don't think you can go wrong with them!
