Hands down the best customer service around. Been a long time customer and would not think about taking my insurance needs anywhere else. The whole Ivey & Brown staff is very professional and goes above and beyond every time. Highly recommend and look forward to working with and being a customer of Sirena Brown's for many years to come.

Terrible customer service, almost to the point of rude. No interest whatsoever to try to make a long time business client satisfied with the decision to stay with an agency. . Didn't start out that way, but current staff is not up to par. EDIT-- Received a call back and my experience was much better as I believe we have a resolution to what prompted my initial call in so I am changing from 2 to 4 at this time and will final review once fully resolved.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ivey & Brown Agency, Inc. I love the support that I receive from Sandy, Sirena and Margate. They're always there for me and the customer service is always on point. I'll definitely recommend them.

Appalling customers service. For weeks I have tried to get a copy of my auto insurance through multiple communication channels. I have emailed, I have called, only to be lied to over and over by the owner of all people, Sirena. Owner Sirena set the expectation that I would receive my requested information within the hour and failed to follow through over and over repeatedly. When I finally got ahold her, after weeks of trying to obtain this information, so that I can keep my car insurance, she had the audacity to call me rude, when I called her out on her continued avoidance and out right lies to me. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in their lack of enthusiasm to assist their customers. All this stemming from a request they had of me in order to keep my insurance with them. After
