Paid in advance a general liability policy for a 6 unit apartment building. After about 3 months they cancelled me with the promise of reinstatement right after I installed a public 3 station fire alarm system that I paid $ 6000.00 ( the kind with the red pulls and loud alarms like you see in schools) I installed the system and kept him abreast of my progress, (Getting quotes and the construction progress) as soon as the project was finished he immediately (James Sullivan) sent me a check with his note saying he’s cancelled me anyway!! . He easily could’ve done this well before I spent the 6,000.00 which by the way small 6 unit buildings do not require a 3 pull fire alarm system anywhere. My home is literally larger than this building and all I need are hard wired smoke detectors. Jam
