Their price was good when I had them but I would not suggest progressive to anybody if there is any kind of card issue if it declines for any reason they will immediately end your insurance and cancel your license via state policy of a registered vehicle with no insurance. The company doesn't bother to contact you to let you know there's been an issue with payment they just immediately terminate your service which terminates your license if your vehicle is still currently registered I would not suggest ever going with progressive and I've had progressive for years. I got so screwed by them in an issue with a non-payment on a debit card that was not even active they canceled my insurance immediately did not notify me and I got a letter from North Carolina DOT stating that my license is now

These people do not respect customers, clients, or potential clients. Dont not do business with them for your own good. Try another insurance company if you want good rates and service

They have this weird answering service that doesn't do anything and doesn't let you leave a message it's really weird

Absolutely APPALLING and DISGUSTING service. Kinda seemed like they were trying to scam me. Had other people's personal documents all over the place

I went in for insurance and the lady started crying when I took out my phone to reply to a text. Would rather be insured by the devil instead
