I called in the late morning on Thursday July 3rd and spoke with Meghan who was super nice, but already gave me pause when she asked if we could address things after the holiday. I expressed my confusion at not getting a quote on the spot so she spent time taking more info even though she noted we'd still finish everything after the holiday weekend. Today (July 7th) at ~1:30 pm, I get a call from someone other than Meghan and it was incredibly awkward. Apparently, Meghan failed to tell me the office closed early on July 3rd (unclear whether this is every Thursday or for a longer holiday weekend) and that it wouldn't be her but her boss calling back (who then offered for her to call back—huh??), but I had already lost enough time and really just had a bad taste in my mouth so I went elsewhe

Was referred to Paul and he delivered on providing me an affordable rate on auto insurance after he checked with several companies. Super nice person to work with and the process was quick and professional. I've since needed assistance on finalizing some things to meet a deadline and both Denise and Joan made significant efforts to make sure that happened. Very happy I went with them.
