I went to Alan to consolidate all my different insurance plans a couple years back. Not only did he save me a good amount on my annual premiums but the coverage was put to the test when a HUGE tree leveled my garage and damaged my house. If I hadn’t taken Alan’s advice and switched, I would have been in big trouble. My claim was processed without a hitch and I could not be happier with Innovative Insurance. Thank you!!

Greetings everyone. I don't recommend this place. It was a very bad experience. After I gave them the insurance, they no longer answered my messages or calls. I had to pay insurance fines because of them.

Got traveler's insurance and this office was made my point of contact. There were quite a few issues like names being taken off our insurance (randomly, they even admitted they don't know why it was removed) then they demanded we pay to put them back on, they never sent the correct letters to our house so we missed important notices (this never happened when we used other insurance offices), and they overall dropped the ball on a lot of things. They also don't return your calls. They're nice and friendly, but it was frustrating having to navigate when they made mistakes. It was a lot of extra work on my end.

Before I have started leaving in River Edge, I was paying a lot more for less coverage insurances. They got me the best deals and also my 6 other friends got the insurances from them. Very nice to know the innovative in River Edge. They always answer my questions and giving advices. Note: they dont only serve to River Edge :)
