I was thinking about canceling my auto insurance policy today and the Kemper/Infinity representative said, there's a $20 cancellation fee and I would be getting no money back and that I would have to pay $20 to cancel my policy. I told her to transfer me to a supervisor and she transferred me to a dead line that hung up on me.. And then I find out that she cancelled my policy without my consent
