I am writing to complain about the handling of my auto claim by your adjuster, Lorena Garduno. On March 25, 2025, my brand-new Tesla Model Y (less than one month old) was rear-ended. I filed the claim on the same day. Since then, rain has begun leaking into the trunk area of the vehicle, raising serious concerns about potential internal damage. Despite the urgency of the matter, I have not received a single phone call from Ms. Garduno. I have left her four to five voicemails over the past few weeks, none of which have been returned. Three days ago, I also left a voicemail for her supervisor, Steven, and followed up with another voicemail today. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from either of them. They withhold information about how much you REALLY have to pay just to get you to sign the contract. Would not recommend

!!!!!!!Worst service ever!!!!!!!🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 Don’t use there service.. claim process takes months, adjusters never pickup the phone, they will transfer you from one to another without Ansers you need !!! Not professional at all
