I hate I care insc they told me I can’t go to anymore e rs when I have shortness of breath I have it almost every morning I feel so sick in my stomach I feel my chest pounding a pshychritrist won’t help

They work from home and rarely return phone calls. They don't help you with anything because they work from home. Their mane goal is to lock you away in a homeless shelter. For over a month and a half they have been telling me that they need one paper to get me into assisted living but they refuse to get the paper because I have it. Now suddenly they need a second paper but give me no way to get it. I have stage four cancer and they have me locked away in a filthy, house with barely any heat. They are thinking it will take a few more months to get this done.

I haven't had any problems as far as the health care coverage goes, and they've been helpful whenever I call. I like my care coordinator too. Based solely on that, I'd give them 5 stars. I just have 1 issue. The $100/month they let you spend for over-the-counter items at various places (with the Medicare plan) is complicated. The website that lists the eligible products unfortunately abbreviates most of the product names, so it's really difficult to tell which exact products are eligible; the app lets you scan the bar code which is helpful but requires you to be at the store and scan a bunch of things until you find one that's covered. I was successful at placing an order online through the OTC Network store, but the products are very limited compared to what can be found in stores.

Very kind and caring people work here. The insurance covers Medical Parts A, B & D, including great vision insurance, as well as, great dental insurance. The Benefit card provides monthly rollover!

Independent Health Care Plan (iCare) has always been there when I needed them. Their concierge team has answered all of my questions and they're always available. They pay their claims without any problems. A good network of doctors is available. Overall, I have been very happy with this company compared to other insurance companies I have had in the past.
