Chelsi Woody did the impossible and was able to fix the Pennie system while Pennie tech support was unable to figure it out and had to open up a ticket. Chelsi has a wealth of knowledge on how the system works and was able to fix the issue within an hour after I had already been through multiple tiers of Pennie support. We highly recommend Chelsi as she is incredibly knowledgeable and is also pleasant to work with. She is definitely worth a 5 star rating and I do not give those out much. Excellent job Chelsi!
