Alan is AMAZING!! Last you when I had to sign up for Medicare I was so lost and overwhelmed with the bombardment of phone calls and mailings that I received about different Medicare programs. I watched a webinar and decided to call the number provided. Alan Perez was the one to call me back he listened to what I had to say about what I needed he asked some very appropriate questions of things I had not thought of and he was able to get me on to an advantage plan that served my needs very well as well as my husband's. I would highly recommend these services to anyone that is currently on Medicare or attempting to get started with Medicare. He's very prompt and responses if I have a question and he checks in to make sure that everything is still going well. I needed to change a couple times
