I used to be with State Farm then I switched to Allstate about 3 years ago, well a few weeks ago I got a text from Issac Saucedo and all it said was hey Joshua are you interested in seeing if I can get you a better rate? And I the time I most definitely was so I was like let’s do it, and my guy def did 100% deliver got a better rate on my autos and home especially when I bundled, was a very easy decision to say ✌🏾 to Allstate lol. Thank you for your customer service and professionalism I’m back in the fold now.

Made a call to the office this morning regarding having paper ID cards (2 vehicle policies) mailed to my home address. Although I live in the digital world, I still like to have printed copies of some documents. Thank you, Daniela, for your prompt and courteous response to my request. Literally some of the best Customer Service I’ve ever received. They were all so helpful and helped me get my Renter’s insurance fixed when I had a problem with it. They worked so efficiently that they made sure I had the proper documents to be able to move into my apartment! Fantastic team!
