Great experience with this company. David earned my trust when he looked over both my insurance policy and workers comp policy I had with another company. He advised me that he could save me money with workers comp but I already had a good insurance policy as far as coverage and price. I decided to make the switch and give IGO a shot for the workers comp. Service has been great. Every year for the last 5 years he comes to visit me before the policy renews, goes over the coverage and so far each year the policy premium has gone down. Could not be happier, highly recommend IGO.

Absolutely horrible experience. I own a independent car dealership and asked for a quote 2 months before my renewal. I kept checking in regularly and kept getting the run around and a bunch of excuses. I was told the underwriters wouldn’t quote my policy until the renewal date. I called and spoke with Patrick who initially solicited my business and he told me a bunch of garbage. He claimed the underwriters system was hacked and could not provide me a quote. Mind you this is the day before my dealership policy expires. Luckily I’m seasoned and had a back up. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Spend you money and energy elsewhere.
