Customer service has gone down hill since Kyle retired. We received a weird notice last month and called the office to clarify if it was a bill they told us it was not and that we did not owe anything, our account was up to date. Then when we tried to add a new toy to our policy yesterday we were informed that we no longer had an account that it had been cancelled. We never received any notice of this and the receptionist we spoke to denied ever speaking to us last month though we remember her name because she’s the only one that ever answers the phone. So sad to see 30 years of being a loyal customer come to an end.

Kaysie is seriously the best. I was referred to her when my previous insurance company wanted me to pay a ton of money for a vehicle that I hardly drive. Kaysie accommodated my work and school schedule when going over everything. She went over my policies from the previous company and I was paying so much for minimal coverage. The policy she got together for my vehicles has excellent coverage and for a dang good price. I am not having to pay a ton of money whenever I do take my car out that I hardly drive, I just text Kaysie right before and she adjusts the coverage for the day so I'm taken care of. I had a hard time logging into the portal (my own error) but she was on top of making sure I got in. Whenever I have any kind of request such as getting documents, pushing payments out a bit, o

Kolter became our agent a few months ago for all of our policies; business and personal. He is great about getting back to us quickly on anything we need. He has been super helpful when we have questions and saved us a lot of money on our business liability policy.

Love these guys best insurance company ever as far as customer service goes (haven't had a claim and hopefully will never have to)

I made my payments and they continued to say I hadn't and I had proof on my receipts as well as my bank statement and they still continued to say I didn't pay it and that I owed them around $700.
