Idaho Farm Bureau Insurance

If I could give zero stars I would. My mom died in September. The policy ended mid November. We told them to just let the policy end as it would give us time to make arrangements with our insurance company. They automatically renewed the policy, and continued to steal money out of her account every month until I emptied it. I provided every affidavit they asked for, and on top of not returning my money, they are billing me for more. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor, and go with a more reputable company.

Very positive and professional atmosphere here, definitely the best insurance company I have gone through by far, Kehari is the agent I go through here and he is awesome I will definitely stay with them because he works here and he is my agent, I highly recommend going through him for your insurance needs!

They are real nice and helpful until you need to make a legitimate claim. I do not feel like they took care of us when we needed them the most. We had to fight them to get help and in the end they found a way to cover half the damage that was done.
