We had the most pleasant and professional experience.All correspondence was done in a timely manner and all tasks were expedited very quickly. We had Michellene as our Insurance Risk Manager and she is an absolute doll. We saved a significant amount of money on all of our policies. I wish we used ICNE years ago.

This place is amazing and always has been extremely helpful. I have gone through some major changes in the past couple years with insurances and the people at ICNE have been extremely gracious and helpful. Eileen and Lori were nothing but kind when my needs were voiced. Whenever I needed to visit, I was seen by someone within 5 minutes of arriving. Even during the times where I could not make it in person, everyone was considerate and caring over the phone or via email. This place has done nothing but save me money!

I got great customer service from Dione Morton. While I was on deployment she helped me square away my situation. She understood the frustration and struggles that I faced with, being thousands of miles away while trying to get my issue resolved. She walked me step by step and was able to resolve my situation. She is wonderful at what she does.!

The best and easiest to deal with insurance company. I called Jordyn to renew my policy and ended up saving a large amount of money with her knowledge. Plus they have runner to go to the DMV for you, which is unparalleled. Highly recommend.
