They nit pick with a person about little things like a storage shed, peeling paint and expect a person to paint the place in November. A contractor I talked to about painting my house specifically said it's to cold to paint. The lady that answers all the calls has an attitude problem. Very rude. They are more like a Home Owners Association than an insurance agency. I wouldn't recommend them.
My agent is very easy to reach, and always returns calls. My questions and concerns are always answered quickly. They're very personable, and accommodating to my needs.
