I wish i could give a negative star to this company worst company to deal with specially their claim department staff they don’t know how to talk specially the lady name “CAROL DIORIO” . She is extremely rude & disrespectful. She is my adjuster and i have to contact her 100 of times to know about my car to know about the process she never calls back even after sending voicemails alot of times even sending email even trying to call her on direct extensions . I mean i’m not fond of calling her i just want my money for my loss done by your client .My car got totaled by one of the truck driver insured by their company and accident happened on 5 th dec and today is 9th January my car got picked 2 days ago by their partner team copart and since then no response nothing not even informed ab

I used Acceptance Casualty Insurance Company as my insurance carrier for one year. When my umbrella insurance provider requested a loss run report, I reached out to them—but they ignored my request. Due to the lack of response, I decided to switch to a different agent. Only after I made the switch did they finally reach out, saying they could send the report—but by then, it was too late. While setting up my new insurance policy, I discovered that my previous policy had a sprinkler system requirement—which our building does not have. As my insurance agent, they had a duty to verify key details like this. and not let me reading the codes. They failed to do so, effectively hiding a critical requirement. This insurance company is a joke. They are trying to collect for damages to a clients home that we are so clearly not liable for it’s almost laughable. Their “investigation” is that of one that I’d expect from a blind man. Jokes on them, their client defrauded them out of $80,000. Some of the “damages” caused by the incident are clearly seen in the Zillow listing photos prior to their customers even buying the home. The incompetence and lack of due diligence is scary!! I don’t see how you can even be in business if this is how you go about getting things done. You won’t get a dime from us and maybe they should do a little research on your customers before insuring them. I have a trucking insurance policy with this company and it has taken over 5 weeks to have my monthly premiums updated due to the removal of a truck from my policy. As such I have to keep paying the premiums for a truck that's not on my policy that I'm not making any money from although its been removed. It doesn't make any sense why this process is taking so long to update my premiums when a system can be used to easily calculate the new premiums. I'm very disappointed in this insurer and how long its taken to issue an endorsement and determine the new premium amount.

Why use this company for your insurance needs. Filed 3 claims over 6 weeks ago. Can not get anyone with firm to return my multiple calls. Each time I call, if I reach anyone, I get a different person. Still don’t have any money from IAT to repair the covered claims. Can’t even give them one star. Did not know an insurance adjuster could be so rude to a client. How they stay in business I do not know.
