I called to see if I could bring my sister in to the office in Pasadena to talk to them about getting Health Insurance. She does not have a email or a computer. The phone was ansered by some one named Richie at a call center. I explained what I needed. He said he could not help me and hung up on me. VERY RUDE. I will call a defferent company.

The worst customer service ever. They promise that you can use the dental policy for dental cleaning the next day and after you sign up They will tell you you have to wait 6 weeks. What a RIP off. Deceiving practices.
