Horrible customer service. I have been trying to cancel my policy, one hour after I got it. They will not cancel it and keep withdrawing money. No one answers my calls. I had to pay to put stop payments on them. Please do yourself a favor. Stay away from this company. Research will show you that in January 2026 hospitals are not taking Humana. Horrible customer service !!!!
