Spoke with Shawn last year when a home policy that I had was discontinued by farmers claiming that the property was in a fire zone which it was not but because it was less than 20 miles Palos verdes. The policy worked and I was happy. Called Shawn again looking for a home policy on our home in Fontana, he sold me on Orion 180 s Florida company. This was paid in full up front. They have a company that does inspections with your phone, you cannot take pictures it must be through the link they send you. We didn’t understand this part, we cleaned everything out from under the sinks, took pictures of the outside and the roof.
