Sent me a baby book welcoming a "little one." I'm not pregnant! I'm unable to have children! What kind of cruel joke is this? How dare you! Where are you getting this information? I have never done business with this company and never will! Why would they send me a baby book? It broke my heart to receive such a rude reminder of my inability to concieve. What a terrible marketing ploy. What kind of idiots are running this place? I had an ultrasound in July for an inflamed appendix, is that where they got my information? That's a HIPPA violation and I will be reporting your company.
I've been with this company for all of my insurance for many years. Always helpful with my various personal and commercial insurance policies. They always go the extra distance.
