Hufford Insurance Jill

Highly unimpressed with the customer service I was provided. I called to get a car/ homeowners quote. The lady I spoke to said she only did car quotes and she’d have someone call me about homeowners. She took my information down and she’d she call me back with a quote. A week went by I decided to call. Never heard from the home owners lady or for my car insurance. I spoke with some who gave me my quote and said someone would call me about home owners. Another week and nothing. Very glad I found a different company with a much cheaper quote. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Jill is a dedicated worker who will go all lengths to ensure you get the best deal on your insurance. I went in when she had two employees out on vacation and another out for a family emergency, she was the only one working. Despite an ocean of phone calls, short staffing, and a stressful day, she was kind and timely with my service and a joy to work with!

They were friendly and cheap but when an issue rose up instead of sending me something or calling me they just reported it to the dmv and now I'm paying 200$ for my suspended license that should have never been suspended in the first place. If I'd have known there was an issue with payment they should have notified me first I could have remedied this immediately.

Jill is very rude and unhelpful. She was supposed to return a call and was called numerous times and never returned the call. She was unwilling to help me with the issue I had and was unable to provide any recommendations as to what I could do. She referred me to corporate and they claimed they could not help me either. Poor customer service, Jill should know better being a owner of the agency. Maybe she should take some customer service lessons as she could really use them!
