Had to make an update to my insurance and after numerous failed attempts going back and forth for weeks working with the East Longmeadow office, I finally reached Pam from the Spencer office who was a dream to work with!!! She was able to resolve my problem within an hour and made sure to get back to me to keep me updated on the process. Very thankful for her efforts!!

I have been using the Spencer HUB location for my insurance needs for several years now and they have been nothing short of amazing! They always go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need for the best price. It seems like every time I call they can find me a lower rate with better coverage.

Fair warning hub international doesn't care about their customers they will stick you every way they can I recently purchased a finance from them they have received $4,000 and they still want to scan me out of some money and now they want 7,500 down payment after they already got me for $4,000 and they all very rude when they know you are right Lyn n the account manager is very rude she likes to hang up and people's faces and Gary Barnard is the con man I've never been able to move my truck to make money but yet they still want more money and get thi s my whole commercial policy was 7500 so you do the math 4000 + 7500 they are scammers Hub international not the way to go

Helpful customer service. Find the company that works and do the work for you. Very knowledgeable.
