My insurance agency was bought out by Hub a few years ago. Since then I have been assigned a new agent several times. I recently received a 37% increase on my Auto policy and 21% increase on my Home policy. I had to make a couple of calls to find out who my agent is so I could discuss other options. I finally talked to someone that said that is normal but either she or another agent would do a “remarket” to explore other companies. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from anyone. I did my own “remarketing” and switched to Farmers. Not only did I get a friendly and responsive Farmers agent but he got me similar coverage cheaper than last year’s premiums. Do not waste your time with Hub.

I was involved in an accident where a vehicle insured by them hit me at a red light. It’s been a week and a half of leaving voicemails with not one call back. Still have not been able to submit a claim!!!

Never dealt with a better insurance company! Alexis my rep is responsive to all my questions and concerns. Never had to worry as to the disposition of the coverage. Highly recommend this company!
