Called for homeowners and auto yesterday. Was transferred to an amazingly disrespectful woman. Quite flippant, told me to respond to the email she sent me and they will let me know if "they have anything for me". Never sent email. Had insurance through Hiles-McLeod a couple years back. Left due to Gulf Stream going under. Much nicer people then. You must not need any business.

I have been a customer of Hiles-McLeod now for several years. Drew Hardgrave and Kelly Ballard are the best. They are always very responsive to answer any questions asked. If there is ever any concerns they are right on it. In our office we not only have many policies with Hiles-McLeod but many types of policies.
