I am a very thorough sort of book keeper, so I had all sorts of questions which she was more than happy to patiently answer. I never made it to the place , I bought my home and vehicle insurance somewhere else, I was totally disappointed they never called back n every time I called they were not available or in some meeting. In a way it was a blessing, imagine if I did have a claim n couldn't get them to answer the phone.
