I started with travelers insurance over 30 years ago and then along way it became HUB. Communication with our female agent was almost non-exsistant. I say this because I won’t call her out individually! After these 30 plus years we were canceled due to our insurance company moving out of the state of Texas which I know can happen. The manner in which we found out is unacceptable. Zero notification from our broker!!!
We were defrauded out of a lot of money by one of their "reputable" partners.
