I'm no longer with Hoverman after around 20 years of being a loyal customer I am done. They have hired a rude employee that talks down to me like I'm her dog twice she belittled me and even made a comment about my credit. My credit is good I won't be treated this way condescending arrogant and she needs to go. I've lost all respect for hoverman insurance. Marilyn Gunn
