Kevin was honestly best account manager I have ever encountered, it was my first time doing insurance and he walked me through the process so smoothly and and made sure I understood everything, 10/10 and would recommend for first time people doing insurance or anyone wanting to do insurance!

They low ball you to get you in the door, then every 6 months they increase their pricing, to the point that a year later you're paying 40% more than what you were originally paying, then 2 years later you're paying double. Even with all the saving "methods" they use, combine and save, or the plug and drive. Even with such discounts you always pay double than what you did in the beginning. I started on the low $100's and almost 2-1/2 years layers was paying almost $400. Good driving record, and no claims. My deductible with them was always high ($1000) or else my insurance would of been higher. Shame on me too for letting it happen for so long. Never again though. I switched from these guys to ALSET, $250 deductible, not a thousand, monthly rate is around $128 vs the $400 I was paying w
