My agent Debbie Sullivan, at Hometown Insurance, is someone I have leaned on and trusted for years. I have many life changes that are constantly demanding review, dedication, time, and research. I am able to team up with her and depend on her excellent and timely answers. I absolutely enjoy the team work at the Memorial office! Emily who always answers the phone is a HUGE blessing too! She is on it just as well! I love being apart of this office because even though the demands are extensive and I’m sure overwhelming most of the time, Debbie and her team pull together to produce information and solutions for their clients. Nate has been super helpful since we met earlier this year when he wrote my auto policy. When I changed residences, I contacted the insurance company I had at the time. All they did was send me a quote, with no follow-up. I did the same with Nate. He was communicative, friendly & professional. I asked him to be present during the inspection of my new home, as I was concerned about the age of the roof and its insurability. As a result, he was able to explain to the seller's realtor why a new roof was needed. I also like the fact that he is an independent agent, and has multiple carriers he writes for.
