Customer Reviews
I would like to know who regulates this company? They are absolutely HORRIBLE! Forced to have them through my employer, but dont approve any meds that could help prevent future medical problem. The deducible and copays are outrageously high for a single and even once you meet the " max" they still keep charging you? I hope they get shut down
I was initially going to use Hometown Health simply b/c the Broker I was using stated it was "the only good option" for the Reno area in NV Health Link. For just myself the premium quoted is $1359 a month on a Bronze Plan with an annual deductible of $10,500. No doctor, lab or prescriptions benefits are even included! How in the world is this affordable healthcare coverage like Renown claims. If you are generally in good health save yourselves the absurdity of this "not
Worst customer service imaginable, you will get tossed around from person to person and hung up on continuously for requesting the simplest information. They are unwilling to provide any valuable help at all.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was on hold for over an hour and when someone finally picked up it dropped my call. This has happened multiple times.
Don’t inquire about your bill and a discrepancy, they will send it straight to clear balance to “help” you with a payment plan? I never asked for that option and the bill took over a year to get to me after I paid the initial bill due to an underpayment yet I only get a month to pay a bill over 900.00? I hate this insurance they are the worst. Instead of answers when you email you get a phone number to call? The people are nice but company needs to adjust their practices. Even the replies to their reviews are all automated and the same. No humanity they just want your moneu
