SCAM SCAM They persistently call people and sign them for providing absolutely nothing. They charged my mother who s 92 and has dementia 80/month for a few months. I caught it. When you call them they are rude and try to be intimidating. They don't even know which government agency supervises them. I want to send a complaint. I will find out. Never answer their calls and cancel all subscriptions to them. Bunch of thieves with no scruples.

Always polite and professional. Do a excellent job of finding the right person to repair any issues you are having. They actually want to do a good job. I did not feel that of another national level company of the same type. Thank you Home Safe for "being there".

This is a warning to anyone thinking about buying HomeSafe. In my experience, what’s written in the contract doesn’t mean much in real life. When I needed help with my garage door opener, there was no installer in my area. I had to find my own contractor, and even then, my claim was denied. They kept finding technical reasons not to cover it. After paying for this plan, I received no real support. I’m canceling and consider this a waste of money.

Be careful before signing up. In my experience, HomeSafe finds ways to deny claims, even for items listed in the contract. No local technicians, complicated requirements, and little real help. I lost money and am canceling. Not worth it.

So far I have had great experience in Maryland. But if you are in a small country town like La. It’s hard to find someone to do work. You may have to find your own person and pay out of your pocket. Then it has to get approved to pay you back. I end up letting my mom policy go do to no one in the company could find anyone to fix heating, air or plumbing. So it was not worth the money in that small country town. But Maryland is large and have several companies to pick from. That has been my experience and it was a waste of money for La. In my area.
