I like to say a special thank you to Ashley Howard for helping me with my garage door. I'm a retired real estate broker of more than 20 years and have experienced many home warranty companies. No one came come close to the service that Home Guard provides. It's because of people like Ashley that really care to provide the best customer experience possible.

Jazetta did an amazing job for our HomeGuard warranty renewal! We did not realize we had changed some coverages (which we had not meant to) and she followed up on them to make sure that was what we intended and then fixed them. Wonderful customer service!

My experience with other home warranty companies has been that they hire bad repair companies (with lousy online reviews), cut corners, and take a long time to approve claims. So far HomeGuard has been pretty darn good. The contractors they work with have been great and have 4 or 5 star ratings. Approvals have also been "same day." Special thanks to Kathleen Huntsberry who really went above and beyond to help me secure a good repair company and approve 2 back to back claims on plumbing issues!

Called HomeGuard Home warranty this morning and was fortunate to have Kathy Huntsberry be the representative that answered the phone. Kathy was very professional, informative and helpful on the phone. She made the claim very easy to submit and explained everything that would happen next. She is an excellent example of HOW Customer service should be done!!!

I am so unhappy with this company. I was in the middle of a very busy workday and my water heater had gone out. I called a plumber got them out and they had to replace it on a Friday. Thought to myself I will call Monday and file a claim for reinbrsement. Well come to find out my policy says you have to call them first and since I did not do that they will not cover the costs. I understand I shoud i have read it and known that I guess. But wouldnt it be better for the company to say something like in the future you must call first but will will cover this this time? So becuase of one call I am out $2700. Seriosluy?
