I wish I could give this company negative stars!!! Their customer hit our PARKED vehicle. It's been 2 weeks now and their adjuster LUIS MARTINEZ has conveniently been out of the office for 3 days and is yet to even do anything other than have us send pictures. Then they say their still "investigating" and haven't spoken to the other party. We know the other party and they have been trying to call them as well! LIES! This company should be ashamed on how they handle business and consider some people only have one vehicle. VERY unprofessional.... VERY rude and I hope NO ONE gives them business.

Someone who insures with this company hit my truck and they wouldn’t pay for the damages. Doesn’t seem like an honest company to me. They left me to pay for a new $1,600 mirror. Thanks a lot

Worst frauds around. Their additional driver hit our car, they said and I quote “we cannot reach the driver and if we can’t reach them within 30 days we consider it a non compliance issue and won’t cover my wife’s car”. They should get sued out of business!!! Complete frauds!!!

Anyone who has this insurance, good luck to you! You might as well have spent the money on keeping a lawyer on retainer because any driver that has this insurance is going to have a good chance of having a lawsuit. Your HOME STATE COUNTY MUTUAL insurance company is not going to help you respond. THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONES! One of their "covered" drivers caused a 3 car accident and no one can get hold of these people. My vehicle was damaged and my insurance company has been trying to arbitrate with this fake company and they can't reach anyone OR get any answers. My company told me I can pursue the liable party for losses independently in addition to what they are trying to do. This company does not even deserve ONE STAR

Awful customer service refused to takeoff a late fee due to my card being locked from an unknown transaction will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Do not do service with this company I suggest you go elsewhere.
