Hollern & Koontz Insurance

We have had insurance with Scott Hollern since purchasing our home in 2019. I contacted him back in August to raise my policy coverage and get additional insurance ( you know, spend more money) Scott is never in the office , so I began shopping around, he finally decides to call me back today after him assuring me he just needed a couple of days to work out the new quote. Here we are 2 months later and when I expressed my displeasure with him not calling back for so long h said you do t want to hear what I have so best of luck to you and hangs up on me. If I treated my customers the way he treats people I wouldn’t be in business. He has no customer service skills and is entitled because his names on the door. Scott and Courtney are fantastic. They are kind, helpful, and caring. Show them respect and you get it twofold back. They offer many solutions to your needs and seeing Norm is always a plus.

Great one on one customer service. Scott listened to what we wanted, and advised us on what we needed. Will definitely be staying with them.
